Patient Payments

Hillmann Pediatric Therapy utilizes FUSION for online payments(image link below).  Please click the link below to make a payment on your current invoice.  Having difficulty logging into your Fusion account?  Please contact our offices, Sycamore: (815) 991-5760 or Shorewood : (815) 773-9000. We will assist you with your login. 

Please note it is important to pay your bills when you have agreed to.  While not the norm, we will work with each family to create a payment plan that will meet both of our needs.  If you have any questions about your bill, please talk to your clinic front office.  They most often have the answers you are looking for.  Please remember, you can always call the billing office at (815) 730-1800. 

Remember it is the patient's responsibility to know and understand their insurance.

​​​When will I accrue Finance Charges?

Each Insurance company is different with time to process and pay.  Hillmann Pediatric will work with each insurance company to resolve any issues for 120 days.   After this time period the date of service in question will become the responsibility of the client.

What is a Deductible:  This is the amount of money that needs to be paid by the client before any payment from the insurance company will be made  There is typically an individual deductible and a family deductible. 

What is an Out of Pocket Maximum:  If you are on a plan that pays a portion of the bill, "Out of Pocket: is the amount of money that needs to be met before an insurance company will pay 100% of a claim.  Prior to this only a portion of the payment will be paid.  

 What is a CO-PAY:   Many insurance plans require each person to have a co-pay.  This is a set amount This is the amount of money that needs to be met before an insurance company will pay 100% of a claim.  Prior to this only a portion of the payment will be paid.
